After all the weeks of posting fashion related posts, I’m back with another makeup review. Fall is right around the corner which makes the perfect time to grab some new lippies. We are busy putting away the past season and making space for a new beginning. Some of us starting a new job, school, position, relationship or some change. A lipstick can be your friend throughout this new path. By getting one from a natural and clean brand like Burt’s bees, you won’t have to burn a hole in your wallet. A big plus to that pro, you can grab multiple shades.
Why do I think the Burt’s Bees Lipstick should be in everyone’s cosmetic stash?
I like their lipstick because it isn’t only hydrating but also gives a great coverage. Peeled lips are a thing of the past when my lip is painted with Burt’s Bees lip colour.ย Because their lipsticks fall more to the glossy side, the product’s longevity isn’t that great. But it is still capable to carry you for some hours if you choose to skip meals in between. Burt’s Bees lipsticks are easy to apply and whenever I wore, it adds a hint of youthfulness to my face. But what I love is that I can use a product without stressing about its ingredients. Burt’s Bees lipsticks are 100% natural and contain Red Raspberry Oil and Moringa Oil – contributing to a softer and smoother lip. Their glossy lipsticks are even formulated without parabens, phthalates, petrolatum, SLS and synthetic fragrances.
Their lipsticks’ shades might lack diversity compared to the other brands. But most of the colours they offer are suitable for any skin tone. I only purchased two of the shades from their satin range – Scarlet Soaked and Brimming Berry. In my opinion, they are great fall shades. Scarlet Soaked is a red colour that has an orangish hue. While Brimming Berry is a pretty pink colour with a hint of purple. Both colours aren’t shiny as a shimmer finish but not as flat as a matte finish.
Thank you for reading. I hope my review are helpful. ๐ ๐ ๐ XOXOXOXO!!!!
