Who likes to leave their warm bed on a cold morning?For this semester I have a few 8 am classes. As soon as I wake up I ‘d hurriedly rush to prepare to go to class. Most mornings I’ll spend less than 10 minutes to get ready. This includes doing my makeup. As such, my makeup look is pretty easy going, nothing spectacular. If my face looks decent and my lips have a little pop of colour, I’m good to go. I’ll share with you my quick makeup look where I’m incorporating only 5 products. This is my typical rush days look.
Clinique City Block Oil-Free Daily Face Protector
For my base, it has to be the Clinique City Block. It might seem that this is a product that is more suitable for the summer times. However, I feel it is an all year round product. It felt like a moisturizer on your skin but gives a little tint of coverage that I need to doll up. Plus, it’s nothing hard to dodge on; I applied it the same way I applied my cream. The Nars Radian Creamy Concealer
To be honest, I was not 100% satisfied when I first used this product. This is one of those products that crawled out from my makeup draws and started to become my most used concealers. I became a fan of this makeup since fall 2017. I guess the changing of weather caused the change of heart for this concealer. Before, it used to dry quickly and was difficult to blend. Surprisingly, I don’t encounter those issues anymore. It looks fabulous, hardly cause creasing and blend amazingly.
The Clinique Chubby Blush
From a dull to a more vibrant face, I add a little blush on my cheeks to make my cheeks’ look rosy. Since cream blush is easy to apply, I’ll go for that.
The Urban Decay De-Slick Mattifying Powder
I literally can’t go without setting my face product with a powder. Hence, I’ll obviously use my all time favourite powder – the De-Slick Mattifying powder. I just love the finishing look that results after using this powder. I appear fresh and neat. Check review
Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment in Shade ‘Sugar Poppy tinted’
Such a good product to use during the winter times. It’s a very hydrating tinted lip balm. The staying power is really good too, my lip stays hydrated for many hours whenever I used this lip balm. Plus, there are a variety of shades to choose from. Hence, suitable for anyone. I always carry this balm in my purse. I am aiming to pick up more shades.
