About me

Shareeza Headshot

Hi, I’m Shareeza Hussain, a Software Engineer with over 8 years of professional experience in fast-paced startup and emerging-technology environments.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and postgraduate credentials in User Experience Design and Enterprise Software Development. This blend of technical and design-focused education gives me a strong foundation in coding, usability, scalability, and real-world product needs as I approach software development.

Much of my career has been spent in startup settings, where I’ve learned to adapt quickly, work across evolving codebases, and ship features under tight timelines. I’ve worked closely with product teams, mentored junior developers, overseen outsourced development teams, and contributed to the development and maintenance of scalable production applications.

I’m currently pursuing a Certification in Data Analytics for Behavioural Insights, expanding my interest in how data, user behaviour, and technology come together to inform better product and design decisions.

This blog is where I share practical insights from what I actively build, test, and experiment with — including coding concepts, databases, AI-powered developer tools, and modern developer workflows. I enjoy rapidly learning new tools, validating them through real-world use cases, and breaking complex topics down into clear, actionable guidance.

If you’re interested in hands-on software engineering insights, AI tool experimentation, and learning how modern developers work in real startup environments, you’re in the right place.

My goal is to cut through the noise and break down complex topics into clear, actionable guidance — so you know
why you need something, how to use it effectively, and when it’s not worth your time.
